PROGRAM MANAGER (M/F/D)

 

Part-time/full-time, start: as soon as possible

We want to expand the Program Management team for our Master's programs as soon as possible. For over ten years, our part-time programs have developed into leading education programs for professionals in their respective core subjects. We look forward to receiving your application!

What to expect

  • As 'face to the customer', you manage the day-to-day business of the program and coordinate all program elements from planning to implementation with students, lecturers, the university administration, and other program partners.
  • You are the first point of contact for students and lecturers and provide support with any questions relating to program implementation – on site on Friday afternoons and Saturdays as well as in the preparation of lectures.
  • You coordinate regular feedback and update meetings with students and lecturers to improve our program offerings continuously.
  • You are responsible for managing course materials and planning the course offering, considering capacities and curricula.
  • You maintain the digital learning platform and manage academic records and documentation, including student enrollment, schedules, grades, and course evaluations.
  • You plan and coordinate special events, e.g., orientation and graduation events, and are responsible for their implementation.
  • You support the academic director in the further development of the program.

Your profile

  • You have a first university degree and relevant professional experience, preferably in an educational environment.
  • You enjoy working in an international team and dealing with people.
  • You are a real team player and have an open ear for inquiries from our students, lecturers, and program partners.
  • You communicate fluently in German and English.
  • You have a talent for organization and a keen eye for detail.
  • You work independently and in a structured manner, enjoy multi-tasking, and can solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • You are willing to work on Friday evenings and Saturdays if necessary occasionally.
  • You have excellent MS Office skills.
