You have the right to withdraw your application fee payment of €100 within fourteen (14) days after payment without any reason. The withdrawal period comes into effect on the day GBS confirms the receipt of payment.

The withdrawal is effective immediately through an explicit withdrawal note (e.g. in written form, via fax, or email). This note has to be sent to

In order to comply to the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal note prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Withdrawal Consequences

If you withdraw your application fee, we are obliged to pay back the amount within fourteen days starting from the day you have sent the withdrawal note. We will use the same means of payment to pay back the amount received unless agreed on otherwise.

Should you have already submitted your application, it will be withdrawn from the evaluation and admissons process effective immediately.

If you have participated in an admissions interview or have received an admissions decision within the fourteen (14) days withdrawal period, the application fee cannot be refunded.
